Our leading team combines extensive experience in the design, structuring, and management of complex technological development programs with a strong culture of innovation and initiative. The team brings deep technological expertise together with many years of practical experience in guiding companies through the full lifecycle of R&D programs, from early concept definition and technology strategy, through structured development roadmaps and product development processes, to the implementation and scaling of new technologies.
Beyond technological leadership, the team provides a robust operational foundation for the successful execution of development programs. This includes advanced technical writing and documentation capabilities that support every stage of the innovation process: preparation of project concepts and development plans, drafting funding proposals for national and international programs (including Horizon Europe and other governmental funding schemes), and the preparation of execution-phase documentation such as technical reports, progress reports, and program management deliverables.

Flora Fayon
Founder and CEO
Flora Fayon is the founder of Zeev Savion Europe and brings extensive managerial experience from leading international companies in the food, computing, and cement industries. Her professional background combines strong operational leadership with broad experience in corporate environments operating at global scale.
The establishment of Zeev Savion Europe was driven by her vision to bring the entrepreneurial and innovation-driven spirit characteristic of the Israeli ecosystem into the European arena. This vision was shaped during her years working at Zeev Savion Ltd. in Israel, where she was exposed to the company’s unique approach to initiating and structuring advanced R&D programs.
After returning to Bulgaria, she founded Zeev Savion Europe in order to develop a regional platform that connects companies, research organizations, and innovation programs, while introducing the dynamic Israeli culture of technological entrepreneurship and collaborative innovation.
Gaya Savyon
Head of Life Science
Dr. Gaya Savyon holds a PhD in Molecular Biology, with research focused on the scientific foundations of cultivated meat.
She initiated and founded the Israeli Cultivated Meat Consortium and later served as its coordinator, leading a multidisciplinary R&D program that brings together companies and academic research groups to advance cultivated meat technologies.
At Zeev Savion Europe, Dr. Savyon leads activities in the life sciences domain, supporting the development of advanced R&D programs in biotechnology, agritech and food-tech.
Andrea De La Rea
Technical Writing, Editing and Translation
Andrea De La Rea is a certified translator and professional language editor who leads the technical writing and editorial activities of the organization. She is responsible for ensuring that project documentation, technical reports, proposals, and other professional materials are written with clarity, precision, and high linguistic quality, supporting the preparation of complex R&D and innovation program documentation.
In addition to her professional work in technical editing and translation, Andrea has a strong personal passion for literature and particularly enjoys translating books, combining linguistic accuracy with a deep appreciation for the art of language.
